    How do I place an order?

    Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for a faster experience in the future.

    Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before processing begins. Contact us immediately at support@essenzar.com with your order number.

    How will I know my order was received?

    You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

    Is it safe to shop on Essenzar?

    Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and process payments through certified, PCI-compliant payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

    Shipping & Delivery

    How long does shipping take?

    Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping automatically — no coupon code needed.

    Can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your Essenzar account under "My Orders".

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

    Returns & Refunds

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by an RMA number from our support team.

    How do I start a return?

    Email us at support@essenzar.com with your order number and return reason. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1–2 business days.

    How long does a refund take?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

    What if my item is defective or damaged?

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

    Is my payment information secure?
